"Исторические аспекты оценки земельных участков в России"

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются исторические аспекты оценки земли на основе кадастровой стоимости земельных участков, в связи с чем возникает необходимость получения объективного значения этой стоимости, рассчитанного с учетом всех влияющих на нее факторов. Эта задача особенно актуальна для таких активно вовлеченных в хозяйственный оборот земель, как земли городских поселений.
